Booking terms & conditions

 

Deposits: To confirm a booking we request a payment of £25.00 per room in advance. Cheques to be made payable to Paulene Dean.

 

Opening dates: 1st March - 31st October

 

Check-in: From 4.00p.m. - 6.00 p.m. Alternative times by prior arrangement.

 

Check-out: By 10.30 a.m.

 

Payment: The balance will be requested on your departure, either in cash (sterling) or cheque only.

 

Please could you let us know when you make your reservation, if you have any special dietary requirements.

 

Advisory Notes

 

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that as Tilsden is an old house, there are lots
of different levels and steps. So unfortunately it is not suitable for anyone who has mobility
problems.

 

We regret we are unable to cater for children under the age of five years.

 

Our smoking policy for guests is smoking is acceptable, but in the gardens only.

 

Plenty of off road parking.
